Just Another Tool in the Toolbox
I think there's a fundamental misunderstanding that creeps into Krav Maga sometimes.
When a technique is taught poorly, or it's subpar, unclear, or simply not functional-you'll often hear it brushed off as "just another tool in the toolbox."
The problem is, if you don't actually know what that tool is, or how to use it, then it doesn't make your toolbox stronger.
It just makes it messy and unorganized.
In self-defense, clarity matters. Tools only work if you know exactly what they're for, when to apply them, and why they’re effective.
